Surveyor Information Child Form
Use the surveyor information child form to view surveyor and survey team information and to add, and modify surveyor information. For information on the actions you can perform on the surveyor information child form, see Adding Surveyors.
Surveyor Information Child Form
You see the following columns on the surveyor information child form:

| Surveyor Name | Displays the name of the surveyor. |
| Survey Team | Displays the name of the survey team. |
| Survey Role | Displays the role of the surveyor. |
| Confirmed Date | Displays the date on which the surveyor confirmed she or she would be a part of the survey team. |
